For some that are starting up a new business a logo can be seen just as an inconvenient cost with little or no thought given to it. But should something that represents you and your business be left to chance?


The start of a new year is a popular time for companies to evaluate their business. It could be looking at their operations, their target market, their short and long term goals etc. Any one of these reasons could spark the need to look at how your company is branded to help you make these changes successful.


Wrong!! It should not even be the first step.
Getting a logo or brand mark is probably the first step for most, but really your brand journey should start right from your business idea.


I have always loved design and see the world as a canvas for creativity. Whilst others walk down a street either looking at their phones or the views around them, I am always on the look out for inspiration “ooh look at the font on that billboard” or If I decide to walk into one of the shops I ask “what made me choose this shop”. You see, design influences us every day of our lives, our decisions to buy or directions to go in.
